Madikwe Air Shuttle

Madikwe Air offers a world-class executive air shuttle service from Johannesburg to Madikwe. Departing daily from the Federal Air Executive Lounge at OR Tambo International, the service is operated with aircraft including Cessna Grand Caravan, Beech 1900, Beechcraft King Air B200, Pilatus PC12 and more. All flights are undertaken by professional and highly experienced crew.

Passengers can be personally met from incoming domestic or international flights by one of our professional guest relations team members. Alternatively passengers can meet at the Federal Air Guest Welcome Booth located on ground level in the Multi-storey parkade and car rental hall or directly at the executive lounge.

Complimentary bar service, tea, coffee, as well as shower facilities are available at the executive lounge. Madikwe Air also offers complimentary on-site excess bag storage and secure open parking.

There is a direct on-line flight booking system available to the lodges.
Flight bookings do close 3 days prior to a flight.

Route fares are inclusive of a R220-00 fuel surcharge per passenger.
Route fares from OR Tambo International and Pilanesberg International are also inclusive of a R47-00 ACSA Passenger Service Charge.

Please note:

The route OR Tambo International - Pilanesberg or visa versa can only be booked for passengers also booking Pilanesberg – Madikwe or visa versa i.e. passengers must travel OR Tambo International – Pilanesberg – Madikwe or Madikwe – Pilanesberg – OR Tambo International.
Bookings for the 15h40 flight departing OR Tambo International to Madikwe Game Reserve and the 09h15 flight departing Madikwe Game Reserve to OR Tambo International are subject to minimum 2 passengers.

Standard Terms and Conditions:

Luggage is restricted to standard size soft bags with no metal reinforcements of any kind and not weighing more than 20kg’s per passenger maximum. A luggage storage facility is available at our lounge where any additional luggage can be safely stowed at no extra cost
The fuel surcharge is subject to change due to unforeseen industry and market related price increases.
The shuttle price is inclusive of airport fees and taxes at Johannesburg International Airport as well as standard in-flight refreshments
The shuttle price is EXCLUSIVE of any passenger admin fees charged for entering Madikwe Game Reserve by air
Costs which may be incurred in a flight being cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or air traffic and navigation service delays will be for the passenger’s account
We reserve the right to include technical/safety stops en-route without indicating such stops. Such stops will be made in the interest of safety and/or comfort
We cannot be held responsible for any cancellations or delays of any nature whatsoever
Payment: Full payment must be made prior to departure
Cancellation policy: All cancellations of confirmed bookings will attract a cancellation fee
